In Sukhumvit Soi 93, about 250 meters in, it intersects Khlong Bang Nang Chin. I have come to wonder: lately it has rained, but only a little, so why is the water in the canal so unusually high? Or are they not thinking of watching for the next round of rainwater, together with the tide backing the water up, or what? Or are they thinking of letting it flood and then coming to fix it again? They should coordinate better than this. The water level, as in the photo, should be brought down lower than this. They should not ask questions back; they should order district officers to come and look more often. It has already flooded, the water in the canal. Do you understand yet?
