I would like to report a problem of standing floodwater waiting to be drained, at the intersection in front of the Nam Chai rice-porridge shop (near The Excel Ratchada 18 condominium), 20 Mithuna Road, Huai Khwang District. This spot is a basin that floods very easily. After only 5 minutes of heavy rain, the water is already as high as half a car wheel, and it drains very slowly. For the past two days the water has been standing continuously. During 5-8 October there is a heavy-rain warning. I fear the drainage system will not be able to cope, causing even worse hardship than before. I would like officers to urgently come in to inspect
