The same old problem. They do not come collect the garbage on schedule. With the flood, the rain, and water overflowing and standing, the garbage has overflowed until it is strewn all over the road. I have reported the problem dozens of times. After 1-3 months it goes back to the same again. No matter the season, they collect along the street front, but collecting in the soi—with each passing day, Bangkok just gets worse and worse.
